Free links last 1 or 7 days, up to 10 at a time, with videos up to 50 MB (a longer video is made smaller to fit, so about ten minutes fit). Scrolvo Pro ($10/month or $100/year) takes videos up to 95 MB, keeps links until you delete them, and adds a password, a button and a download switch.

Do I need to install anything?
